Construction of a 5 Stars Hotel of Three Hundred Fifty (350) Rooms for The Autonomous Institute of The Armed Forces Circle (IACFA) Located in Los Proceres, Venezuela, being an EPC project with contractual sum of 171 million USD, construction period of 12 months and construction area of 38,264 square meters is being undertaken by our Company. Project Owner: Presidential Office of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and FUNDACIÓN PROPATRIA 2000. The project site is located in Caracas. The three floors underground is reinforced concrete frame shear structure and the  five floors above the ground is of steel structure.
